| Mystery Figure from Eastern Nigeria 10" Tall Ref #TSS113 This is one of those pieces that show up without a definitive attribution (at least to this point) but the age and wear are undeniably authentic. Any knowledge of this style would be greatly appreciated. Please note her right leg has been broken and roughly repaired in Nigeria. Also note that the ear holes are carved very deep into the head with a beautiful tunneling almost going through to the other ear, unfortunately not apparent in these photos. |
